What Poland Township Charges to Alter a Home
Poland Township's zoning resolution requires a certificate from the township zoning inspector before anyone constructs, changes the use of, or alters any building, accessory buildings included. Its 2006 fee schedule set the fee at $7 per $1,000 of improvement with a $25 minimum, so confirm today's rate with the zoning inspector. Finish the plans first, so the fee is figured on the full scope.
