We provide home remodeling services, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling, tile installation, flooring installation, epoxy flooring, interior painting, drywall repair, custom woodworking, finish carpentry, window replacement, door installation, and deck building, for homes in Trumbull County and the surrounding Mahoning Valley in Ohio. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service where the work would be unsafe or unlawful.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding unless they are provided in writing. The final price may vary from an estimate based on the scope of work, the materials chosen, site conditions, or issues that could not reasonably be foreseen, such as damage found behind walls or under floors.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas where work will be performed. Pets must be secured and known hazards disclosed or removed before work begins.
